Any Admin that you see, junior or senior, is superior to you in all authorative properties and has total administrative power over you. If you fail to obey, you shall be publicly humiliated and punished in the forum. If you believe you have been mistreated or an Admin has committed an act of non-justice, or perverted the cause of justice, file a complaint to me, or Ben or Sam. No applications or proposals for administrative promotions will be considered unless you see me in person, in which cas you still might be turned down.
